Most of our items are shipped from The Netherlands and Belgium. Caps are shipped from the USA, these items will take 3-5 business days to be processed before they will be shipped.
All your purchased items will be shipped with a track and trace code. With this code you can follow the status of your package online.

- Belgium and The Netherlands: Day after delivery, exception: orders made in the weekends will be delivered on Tuesday.
- Other: between 2 and 5 working days.
- North America: 4 - 7 working days.
- Mexico: 5 - 8 working days.
- Canada: 4 - 7 working days.
Rest of the World:
- Australia: 14 days
- Other: 10 - 14 days
All your purchased items will be wrapped and packed witch care. We try to avoid the use of plastic where possible, we use paper to wrap your items looking like presents :-) Shipments are handled by BePost, the premier provider of postal and parcel services in Belgium. In this way, your items will arrive safely and quickly. We aim to provide a clear price scheme for shipments. Therefore we have fixed prices no matter what you order.
For international parcels we make use of BePost International Parcel Service, fast and reliable delivery to any destination worldwide.
We make sure we only send out goods and packages in perfect condition.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error
Any clothing that has been washed
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To return your package simply send your items back in the original packaging with a copy or print of your order or invoice to:
